The Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board (comprised of seven metropolitan districts) is essential to our community’s success. From planning neighborhood events and managing all improvements to facilitating home design reviews for residents, this team performs services similar to what an HOA would offer. Our mill levies help cover the expenses associated with this support.
