Preserving green spaces for our residents to enjoy is one of our highest priorities. You can find a number of parks and miles of trails throughout the neighborhood (more than 30 miles when complete!). So, get out your running shoes, hiking boots or bikes; grab your kiddos; and enjoy some outdoor time without having to jump in the car.
The Sterling Center
No need to drive out of town — you have access to your everyday needs right here at Sterling Ranch! The Sterling Center is our very own gathering place, hosting a number of vital neighborhood businesses including a coffeehouse, a brewpub, a credit union, a family dentist, an ophthalmologist and UCHealth primary and urgent care, along with Steadman Hawkins physical therapy. The Sterling Center is also regularly teeming with community events and rotating food trucks serving up unique eats.
Atlas Coffee
Whether you need a cup of java on your way to work or want to host a PTA meeting, our very own Atlas Coffee, located in the Sterling Center, offers delicious drinks, scrumptious food and a welcoming space to gather with others.
Grist Brewing Company
A unique beer selection is the cherry on top when it comes to Grist, our neighborhood anchor for all things social. This brewpub loves bringing the community together by hosting a variety of fun events and inviting local food trucks for residents to enjoy on a weekly basis.
Sterling Ranch’s First Rec Center: The Overlook Clubhouse in Providence Village
The Overlook Clubhouse in Providence Village is a special gathering place where our residents enjoy the great room, which includes a beautiful fireplace, dressing rooms and a catering kitchen. Opened in October 2020, this amazing place includes a fitness center, an outdoor pool and two outdoor pavilions that can be reserved for private parties, picnics, special occasions, gatherings and outdoor events. As you can imagine, a lot of laughter, splashing around and family togetherness happens here.
