Welcome to the STERLING STRONG – 30 day fitness challenge. Below you will find links to the 30 day calendar with the outlined exercises, as well as examples of each exercise. Save these on your phone or print them out so you can keep track of your progress!
All of these workouts will allow you to stay active and moving from the comfort of your own home! Your goal is to finish 100% of these workouts. Make sure to track your progress and initial each day to prove completion. At the end of the challenge, those participants with 100% completion will receive a prize package!
