Trail Feathers Bird Walk
Did you know that Littleton is a birding hotspot? Join Bird Conservancy of the Rockies to get to know the winged wonders that share our home. We will explore a different area of Douglas County each month, covering many habitats with a chance to discover new birds each time. This program is intended for anyone interested in birding; from beginners to experts. Binoculars and field guides will be available to borrow. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared to be outside for two hours.
Supplies Needed: Binos, Field Guides, Scope
Location: Please meet your guide, Meredith, at Reynold’s Landing around 7:45a. This is at the northern part of South Platte Park. We will bird around their northern forest area from 8-10a. She will have binoculars, field guides, and a scope for everyone to borrow!
