Sterling Ranch residents have ample opportunity to enjoy bird watching. Whether they are sitting on their front porch, strolling along one of the many neighborhood trails, or taking a short trip down to Chatfield Reservoir, there are many bird species to be seen.
We were thrilled to be featured on the 710 KNUS Radio Show, Bird Talk on September 26th! During the show, Sterling Ranch resident, Paulette Clark, shared her bird watching experience and was joined by Erin Youngberg of The Bird Conservancy of the Rockies. They discussed the many unique opportunities Sterling Ranch residents have to learn about birds and to enjoy the stress-relieving activity of observing them in their natural habitat. They also talked about the variety of ways our partnership with the Bird Conservancy of the Rockies helped Sterling Ranch to become a bird-friendly community — yet another reason our residents love living here!
