Ascent Village is growing and we invite you to visit and explore this incredible neighborhood. We suggest you start your tour at the Sterling Center, where you can grab a delicious cup of coffee at Atlas and meet with one of our friendly neighborhood ambassadors — he or she will give you the lay of the land and answer any questions you may have. Next, head south on Eagle River Street to visit the builders of Ascent Village: Tri Pointe Homes, Richmond American Homes, Taylor Morrison and Dream Finders Homes.
When you visit, you can:
- Marvel at the overall construction progress;
- Walk through the stylish model homes;
- Inquire about quick move-in options;
- Check out the neighborhood’s Burns Park — though it is still under construction, you can enjoy the stunning views of its expansive land that will soon offer many amenities and
- Drive around and explore the area where your plot of land and dream home could be.

A number of Ascent Village builders offer model homes for visitors to check out when deciding which home design best suits their needs. These models display inspiring interior decorating ideas while giving future homeowners an insight into what it is like living in a distinctive Sterling Ranch home.
TRI Pointe Homes
TRI Pointe Homes has three spacious model homes available, all part of the Amberly Collection:
- Residence 2801 showcases a 1,498-square-foot ranch home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- Residence 2803 showcases a 1,798-square-foot two-story home with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
- Residence 2805 showcases a 2,156-square-foot two-story home with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
Each model boasts a master bedroom with walk-in closet, open floorplan with a great room, a kitchen island and a two-bay garage.
Richmond American Homes
Richmond American Homes is offering the Seasons™ and Landmark™ collections in Ascent Village.
The Seasons™ Collection offers a number of affordable home options. Currently, two model homes are available to view:
