Sterling Ranch isn’t simply a place to live; built with a mission to preserve and care for the natural beauty surrounding it, our community is full of passionate people who care about each other and the world. We are humbled by our residents and their beautiful hearts on a daily basis and their commitment to building a sense of community at Sterling Ranch is second-to-none.

Building an inspiring place to live requires true connections among the people who live here. To support that, we plan and host scores of community events each year. And as a result, our neighborhood is vibrant, supportive, and reflective of the values we embrace as a community.

Our Community Lifestyle Director, Kate Kunzie, has been busy planning!

Our very own Lifestyle Director, Kate Kunzie has been working hard to bring back the best-of-the-best events of 2019 while adding some new, thoughtful events for 2020. Her plans are sure to keep the fun flowing at Sterling Ranch all year long.

“This year’s event lineup took into consideration popular events from 2019 as well as some new ideas that were brought to me by the residents! I love when the residents bring ideas to the table — this is their community and I want to make sure they have a good time living in it! Of course, a lot of the events in 2020 are based on the Sterling Ranch values. The outdoors is a big reason why people move to Sterling Ranch, so partnering with the State Parks and the Bird Conservancy are natural fits to add to the event calendar. I’m also looking forward to hosting more fitness-related events once we have the rec center open!” she mentioned.
