Stretch & Strength Class
Class Details:
6 week session: April 12-May 20
Classes offered Monday (7:00-7:45pm) and Thursdays (6:15-7:00pm)
Attire & Shoes:
Form-fitting clothing including leggings, tank tops, athletic wear & shirts, form-fitting sweats
No oversized t-shirts, mid-rift shirts, bralettes
Shoes: Barefoot preferred; socks are okay too.
Class Pricing – to be paid to POYDS directly before start of class
Drop-In Class: $15 per person
1 Class/Week: $85 per person for the 6 week session (6 classes)
2 Classes/Week: $155 per person for the 6 week session (12 classes)
**This class is offered by POYDS Dance Company. Group Fitness punch cards will not be accepted for this class**
