Fitness . . . exercise . . . workout. Three different words that contribute to a single result — a healthy lifestyle stemming from physical activity. At Sterling Ranch, we support and encourage a life of wellness for all of our residents — after all, it’s one of our core values.
By now you’ve learned some of the awesome fitness opportunities available indoors at our community recreation hub, The Overlook Clubhouse, but what about opportunities outdoors — and outside the community? Here are some nearby hotspots to find fitness in the area:

Playgrounds, pocket parks and more
Have you toured our neighborhood? We invite you to come discover all the possibilities for outdoor play. We’ve got pocket parks with grassy areas and playground structures for chasing and climbing and laughing till your belly hurts.
Trails and open space
We’ve consciously preserved 1,300 acres of open space not only to honor the land but also to provide our residents and wildlife with natural places to roam. With 30 miles of planned hard and soft trails throughout the community, you’ll find variety each time you head out for a walk under our bright-blue Colorado sky.
The Overlook Clubhouse
It’s such a great place, we just couldn’t leave it off the list. In the summer months, enjoy your fitness time outside swimming laps or splashing with the kids in the outdoor pool.
