The Sterling Ranch community is growing
Sterling Ranch is a thriving, smart community nestled between two state parks — Roxborough and Chatfield — in Colorado’s Douglas County. Eventually, nine unique villages will emanate from an amenity-rich town center and approximately 12,000 families will call Sterling Ranch home. We are still selling single-family and paired homes within our first neighborhood — Providence Village — and have begun construction and pre-sales for the second, Ascent Village.

Lennar customers have many options when exploring new homes. Sales centers are open by appointment only and the company encourages its customers to call a Lennar Internet sales consultant prior to visiting. Additionally, private virtual self-guided tours are available, or homebuyers can schedule a virtual walk-through with a sales agent.

Starting in the low $400s, Richmond American will showcase its Seasons Collection with two brand-new home models opening this week! Buyers can get a feel for these stunning offerings by touring any of the 13 floorplan models in person or virtually.
There are currently a number of special rates and savings available for Richmond American’s quick move-in homes. By conducting all appointments virtually, customers can embrace the opportunity to safely tour and buy their dream homes from the comfort of their couches.

With safety protocols such as social distancing and mask wearing in place, Taylor Morrison is offering in-person, by-appointment-only tours of its four intuitive floorplans. Two plans — the Hayden and Eldora — are also available to check out virtually. Spacious new homes by Taylor Morrison feature three to seven bedrooms, up to five bathrooms and plenty of room to grow.
Additionally, Taylor Morrison is currently building a special Hayden plan, which is scheduled for completion in December 2020. This home will feature a walkout basement and backs to open space, so the lucky homeowner will enjoy nature right in his or her backyard.
