A case in point: the Burts. Read on and get to know this incredible family and discover what makes Sterling Ranch special for them.
Seeking views and growing roots
Before the Burts moved to Sterling Ranch, they were in search of a place they could grow their roots and enjoy the outdoors. And amazing views . . . they were definitely seeking surroundings that would inspire them. In choosing to buy a brand-new home in Sterling Ranch, they found all that and more.
Tamara and Jay Burt are proud parents to three kiddos: Quinton, Zion and Zuri. Youngsters Hershey (pup) and Chester Copperpot (cat) round out the active brood. Perhaps you’ve seen them around — for eighteen months the Burts have enjoyed the nearby state parks — Chatfield and Roxborough — and easy access to the mountains beyond. They delight in the year-round climate that promotes a healthy, active lifestyle for the whole family and have enjoyed getting to know others in the neighborhood.
A resident-centric place to call home
Residents in new communities have the unique benefit of helping to shape the culture of their neighborhood. Sterling Ranch residents have embraced this opportunity, and we’re so proud of (and grateful for!) both the strong bonds they’ve formed among themselves and the welcoming atmosphere they cultivate daily for newcomers.
Tamara’s impressions of the community reflect those of many residents:
“It is . . . a fast growing community . . . a whole new vibe. Once you get settled, you’re a part of the Ranch. Everyone is.”
One unique aspect at Sterling Ranch that fosters this connection among residents is our dedicated community lifestyle director. In this integral role, the director coordinates a variety of engaging events to promote inclusion and wellness for all.
But it’s the residents themselves who truly make the difference. Tamara, a member of the Resident Advisory Committee, continues: “It is the residents progressing this community into one we can all grow with and enjoy.” We couldn’t agree more, and we’re blessed that such amazing, passionate families have chosen to call this special place home and have helped to ensure it is a thriving, active, welcoming community.
