Increased Safety on Titan Road near Sterling Ranch
Titan Road is the main thoroughfare to and from Sterling Ranch, providing convenient access to Santa Fe Road (Hwy 85), which runs north to downtown Denver and south to Castle Rock (and Colorado Springs, via I-25). We’ve improved the safety of this road by:
- Adding a new traffic light and additional lanes at the Moore Road/Titan Road intersection.
- Installing a new traffic light with turn lanes at the Roxborough Park Road/Titan Road intersection.
These improvements will slow traffic and create more driving room for our residents as they head into and out of the neighborhood.
New Titan Road / Eagle River Street extension makes getting to Chatfield State Park even easier
Studies show that time spent outdoors boosts people’s sense of well-being. At Sterling Ranch, we value the health of our residents and are committed to providing them with easier access to nature. A number of projects are in the works to bring this mission to life. For starters, the newly completed roundabout at Titan Road and Eagle River Street is now open in all four directions, taking nature-lovers directly to Chatfield Reservoir. This and other forthcoming projects will ensure we deliver on our commitment of wellness for our community and its members.
