When it comes to wellness, Sterling Ranch residents have it all. They enjoy incredible mountain views and access to miles of trails and popular state parks. They also look forward to and attend scores of engaging community events year-round. Organized by Kate Kunzie, Sterling Ranch’s inspiring Community Lifestyle Director, these events offer a variety of ways for neighbors to come together — many of which are opportunities to get healthy!
The notion of being healthy and bringing wellness into all aspects of life has never been more important, so we’re sharing some fun events happening in the neighborhood — and locally — that support this beneficial journey.

The Sterling Ranch Fitness Challenge
This six-week fitness challenge keeps participants accountable every step of the way. When it began, each resident recieved a list of activities to compete for points. Participants submit their activity trackers every week for a chance to win prizes. Weekly accountability meetings are included in the challenge, helping our local health enthusiasts stay inspired and giving them a space to share their favorite health and wellness tips with each other. At the end of the challenge, we’ll award grand prizes to the top three participants.
