Experience a sense of calm during a recurring Yoga in the Park class

Close your eyes. Breathe in. Breathe out. Stretch and move your body. Feel the breeze in your hair and sunshine on your face. Revel in an instant state of calm. This is yoga at Sterling Ranch.

Wellness of mind, body and spirit is one of our community’s cornerstone values and we’re committed to pursuing it in as many ways as possible. Naturally, we said “Yes!” when we stumbled upon an opportunity to offer yoga to Sterling Ranch residents. These weekly classes are going strong and continue to grow every week. Here’s the scoop:

Yoga classes at Sterling Ranch: What to expect

Yoga classes at Sterling Ranch appeal to beginners and advanced yogis alike. Instructor Barbara Meadows is a longtime yoga practitioner who loves to help people with their yoga practice, no matter their fitness levels. Barbara challenges all her students and sets them up for success. With words of encouragement, she helps students build confidence and a passion for yoga. Trust us, we’ve seen it firsthand!

In class, you can expect a lighthearted flow intermingled with some tough core work. Whether you walk away with an empowering intention for the day or a tidbit about an advanced posture to practice at home, you’ll keep learning and growing when you attend Barbara’s class regularly.
